Great Pay Not So Challenging Work

Pros

Employees are very friendly and talented. Most employees here are CSULB graduates and most seem to be in their 20s or 30s. The company is growing and constantly hiring new employees. The company has offices all over the world with opportunities to transfer. Good pay. Good location.

Cons

Employees working overtime with no overtime pay, instead paid days off were given. Your work is very dependent on client data coming in, so some days are really slow. Some tasks delegated to you are extremely simple and require no technical experience.

The technology used is up-to-date, and they do jump onto new ones relatively quickly. That makes the company forward-thinking. The software they develop is very interesting and innovative.

Cons

Recent years have been a challenge, with the decline of the automotive industry hitting the company a bit. The company needs to think strongly about generating new silo's outside of the automotive world.
