Great People but lots of small details to improve

Great people to work with, everyone is approachable and friendly and supportive. Very flexible in the times you work, working from home or the office and its just about your relationship with your manager to get how you work right. A lot of respect from most of the clients I work with for the company. It is obvious the company is aware of some of its pitfalls and is trying to improve
Cons
Resources are only put to paid product with makes product development slow and painful and there are never enough developers to make our solutions good enough. a Large investment needs to be taken to improve and it will help sell the solutions rather than people trying to sell the promise of what a solution will be in 2 years when it will already be outdated again. Too much work and knowledge is held on by too few people, better training of junior colleagues is needed to get them to be more independent and able to take on more. It is very difficult to progress into a Manager role as there are already too many managers with nobody to manage.
