Pros

Tech-stack wise, we're using the newest stuff from the Microsoft stack, including .NET Core for back-end and Angular for front. There are some very smart people here on my team and everyone is very helpful. Work hours are flexible and very considerate for personal/home issues.

Cons

None, so far so good.

Pros

Flextime, no dress code, relaxed environment, benefits package, facilities, open internet.

Cons

If you like challenges this is NOT the place, old tech, old software development practices, barely new projects, you will only get promoted and have bonuses if you have the right "connections".
