Strong team environment. Focus on building innovative rocket engine technology. Co-location of design, build, and test. Seeing tests every day is fantastic. Open minded to different ideas and gives ownership to individuals.

Cons

Small, dynamic company forces pivots. Can be unsettling. Ownership means decision making. This can cause stress. Growing company also means organizational changes happen frequently.
