Pros

Loved the product and technological advancements. Loved most of my colleagues.

Cons

Senior leadership have no clue. They run the UK organisation from the USA, employ senior leaders for the UK but don't given them any power. Employee turnover is SHOCKING; some leave, most are sacked due to 'cultural fit'. I was made redundant only to find out my post had been filled almost immediately after. None of the work I did was recognised. All the company leaders care about is money, money and more money. Employees feel undervalued and overworked.

The worst place I ever worked at

Pros

Great co-workers and some really great people. High profile clients which will look impressive. Free fruit on Mondays and Tuesdays.

Cons

Having recency left the company I can only look back on my time there as very negative contracting experience. Am not going to repeat what the majority of posts state, mainly because feedback about lack of leadership, lack of support, lack of escalation processes, and lack of communication are all very true. I worked 10-12 hour days, was given more work even when I said I could not take anymore, was given no support from my so called team lead. And after many hours of blood sweat and tears, and many late nights and weekends my team lead didn't even have the courtesy of telling me when the decision was made that my 'services were no longer required'.

Pros

1) Experience in the hot mobile sector 2) Big brands in your CV 3) Met some very talented and hardworking coworkers

Cons

1) Office politics. Inexperienced people gets promoted solely due to that 2) Absolute chaos everywhere and no escalation points anywhere 3) Client services team led by a bunch of useless managers who are not connected to the grass root reality 5) Processes are introduced for the name sake and PMs are asked to stick on to good for nothing processes as solution to fundamental issues within the company 6) Average lifespan of a PM is 9 months and the trend will continue with the situation there
