- Free Food in NYC office - Good Chelsea NYC location near flatiron building - Bar inside the office - Hardworking people - Heavy sales driven environment - Solid Benefits - Great hours

Cons

- Not super exciting - Employees are not very friendly or interested in making friends - Unsure about future growth and career opportunities - Understaffed, many are overburdened with projects

Cons

All the good and hardworking people don't stay. Neither do the top brands. why? Obsolete technology, Sales driven not Product company. UN bleeds their clients dry. The wrong ppl are paid too much. The innovative, smart ones do all the hard work to make the vague statement of works a reality. Hard work will get you a nowhere, you have to point fingers and accuse to be promoted. Vague bonus promises.

Work with reputable recognizable brands. Excellent opportunity to learn through extreme stress and time management challenges. Great Resume item.

Cons

Usablenet would be best described as a deeply troubled sales-oriented company and culture pretending to be a mobile technology company. Quick easy to fake contracts are preferred over and innovative feature sets and quality products. The client keeps growing, but the stifling work environment, extremely political and unethical middle-management practices, and a dull forcefully uninviting environment makes this place by far one of the worst experiences of my life. Please do not work here. May fate have mercy on your soul.
