Pros
*Extremely helpful with any issues *Very understanding *HR very helpful *Controllers very professional and helpful *Distance of locations is not a issue, they still feel like family *Payroll very quick on any issues *IT fixes anything even being at a different location
Cons
*Standard processes still seem to be developing *Communication from certain areas *Transitions from non-cooperate to cooperate hard for some and transition for cooperate to non cooperate hard for some...everyone needs to be understand of everyone's transitioning *Pay rate could be better for the amount of responsibility's we are asked of, compare to our competitors in the area we are on the low end of the pay rate
