Pros

It's great working on campus and being so close. They are also really good about working around your schedule, whether class or personal. Pay is pretty fair and you can gain some good experience.

Cons

Not to much of an opportunity to rise in the ranks for students, or to get an increased pay since most students are pretty easily replaced.

1. Lot of quality work being done. 2. Workplace is not heirarchial (usually). 3. Location of the university is very scenic. 4. Professors usually show a lot of hospitality.

Cons

1. Low in facilities. 2. Low pay for the amount work done. 3. Winters are very bad in this area. 4. A lot of after hours work.
