I work for Facilities Maintenance at USU and they are great to work with. They work with my school schedule and are helpful to make sure employees know how to complete tasks assigned.

Cons

Changing the area coordinator an employee works under can be difficult. You have to be willing to work with several types of personalities.

Pros

Working for USU was a great experience for me. I learned a lot from my supervisors and most of the things I learned were applicable in life in general.

Cons

The job I was working at you never really stopped working, you lived where you worked. Because of this, it could sometimes be overwhelming to not have a place to have as your own.

there is almost no cons to this job you learn a lot and teach a lot so it was a great experience for me.

Cons

you have to work really really hard. Plus you dont get paid as much because the management is not as friendly
