      Pros

      I was able to have 4 jobs while at USU, and each had different levels of flexibility, but all put the priority on the student and academics. All my experiences have been positive.

      Cons

      Lower pay, but that is made up by the proximity of working on campus. In the end you can work more because you have a shorter commute.

      Pros

      Utah State has beautiful scenery and great students. The classes were always fun to teach, and the students are engaged and motivated.

      Cons

      The facilities, especially in the English Department, are a bit dated. And, as is typical in universities, the pay is pretty low. Those things are not deal-breakers, though, and they're outweighed by the other factors.
