The FRONT LINE teams and people are always willing to help out each other.

Cons

Management doesn't have clear goals or objectives which makes it challenging to become a great performer. There is not a way to measure whether you are doing well or not or how to improve if needing. Communication is lacking. Yearly performance evaluations are subjective, with no clear way for improvement detailed by managers. You're left to guess with little to no feedback if underperforming even when you ask. No purpose aligned or company goals established to work towards. Management is usually TOO BUSY to meet with their folks.

Cons

Communication and transparency of very lacking. Annual reviews consistently reflect lack of communication and transparency.

Some of the worst schedules I've seen, underfunded and undermanaged at the executive level and micromanaged at the lower levels, if you're not part of the group, you'll definitely feel alone
