Management only cares about it they look good. No accountability almost impossible to get fired ( I guess that could be a good thing if you suck at your job).

Generous vacation days, nice board members, local medical clinics, free bus passes for family, no layoffs. Regimented office hours.

Cons

NOT a state employer, pension lackluster, doesn't balance small 401k match, for a "government " job`s underwhelming pay. Hippa violations.
