UTA gets the mission done. We work with a lot of good people.

Cons

Large agency that is decentralized makes communication and coordination a challenge. If you have a career ladder position you'll move up based on the requirements, but you'll move to the bottom of the pay lane. If you don't have a career ladder position or you make it to the top level of your career ladder you will never ever move again.
