Awful company to work for

Pros

Free transit pass. Many other operators are fun to work with

Cons

Management treats operators like the are expendable machines that are easy to replace. If anything happens management tries to blame the operator in order to save company image even if it was not all the operators fault. Supervisors as well as managers refuse to take responsibility.

We agree that being a bus operator can be a challenging position at times - and is also critical to our success as an organization. We are consistently working with managers to ensure that they are listening to employee feedback and using it to better serve their team. We would like to hear more about your concern. Please feel to reach out to HR at jobs@rideuta.com or your HR Business Partner to provide us with additional information.

Pros

It is a nice place to work, with out the politics. After Pinegree, things have not been the same.

Cons

Don't get me started. The rules are only for the workers. So it seems. The management and board need to live by the rules.

The Board and all management are working hard to regain public trust. Our entire culture is aimed at being safe in everything we do, championing fiscal responsibility, creating both a great place to work as well as value for our customers. You are encouraged to talk to your supervisor about your concerns to make UTA a great place to work.

Pros

Good pay. Hard to get fired.

Cons

Top heavy management. All around incompetence. Nepotism. Long hours. Bad employees are rewarded. Hard workers ignored. Innovation is stifled.
