Pros

There are a good number of people at this company that are passionate about transit and improving the transit experience for everyone. Management is generally very flexible in dealing with and accommodating life circumstances (kids' school performances, medical visits, etc.).

Cons

Management is often resistant to change. Significant majority of leadership doesn't utilize the services. Much of the organization is ran with a "business" mindset rather than a "service" mindset. Always feels like we're 10-15 years behind in our practices. Employees are paid lip-service when it comes to improvements and opportunities.
