      Amazing projects, great technology, structured team, agile. The place to deliver and make the difference on projects, your opinion is heard and you learn a lot from senior staff.

      Pros

      Utility is able to tread the line of doing wha makes sense while maintaining a high output pace without sacrificing its deliverables. Employees are able to make their own decisions and share knowledge between teams, which is fun to see and be a part of as the company grows.

      Cons

      Agency life is fast paced! It's not necessarily a con, but if you're not one who thrives on making quick decisions and proactively addressing and resolving bottlenecks, it may not be the best place for you.
