      Pros

      Utility is able to tread the line of doing wha makes sense while maintaining a high output pace without sacrificing its deliverables. Employees are able to make their own decisions and share knowledge between teams, which is fun to see and be a part of as the company grows.

      Cons

      Agency life is fast paced! It's not necessarily a con, but if you're not one who thrives on making quick decisions and proactively addressing and resolving bottlenecks, it may not be the best place for you.

      An environment conducive to teamwork, very accessible leaders, interesting clients and a well-structured and defined workflow. I have been working at this Company for a year and 1 month and whenever possible I recommend colleagues to be part of this incredible team.
