      Utimaco has great potential IF management executes properly

      Pros

      Company has been steadily (and rapidly) growing for the last few years, Their competitors are in complete disarray, and Utimaco's products have been considered quite good in the market, so the company could take a lot of marketshare from the biggest incumbents. Relatively new CEO (appoint in early 2019), with a focus on growing the organization; has invested into new people, system and processes.

      Cons

      Company suffers from "growing pains", it's scaling up but doesn't have the right systems, processes and people. Very traditional and old-school type of thinking for a tech company. This is reflected in the way the internal IT systems are put in place. Product organization is in disarray, but it's getting better compared to the last few years.
