Pros

- decent benefits - Nice people

Cons

- No recognition for the amount of work put in - You'd better play your cards right with the right people, or you won't see career growth - Expect to work overtime and be shamed if not committing to late hours

Good for short-term!

Pros

-most managers are flexible for PTO, family emergencies, etc.,

Cons

- Nepotism runs DEEP in this company. It is a family business, but upper level management actively continues to employ people who harm the business because they are close to the family. - Corporate environment is soul sucking. Many people are rude or completely ignore you, which can also be a pro. However, if someone doesn't know you or isn't chummy with you, expect them never to speak to you, -Influx of corpos. Recently, Uwajimaya has almost become a who's who of Seattle area corporate rejects. - Don't expect much in benefits or pay. They enjoy marketing their higher pay, but raises are sparse. The company provides the state minimum for sick pay which is something. If you opt to have health insurance through them, it costs about $90+ a month and it isn't even that decent.

Pros

Kind co-workers at this location. Felt good to help around the workplace when I was needed. Decent pay for this type of job. Overall great environment to work in.

Cons

Not so much a con but with how efficient you're shown to do your job and when you do youre tasks effeciently, there'll be times when you need to wait for those tasks to "build up" again before being able to do them again. Overall, aside from your main tasks just see if anyone needs help or anything until you're tasks are needed to be done again. It's a chill job.
