Pros

flex time off was nice

Cons

Here is a time line: aug 2025 lay off sept 2025 furlough and paycut for remaining employees. we took on the workload of employees furloughed and got our salaries drastically cut. they then made us sign a document saying that we were getting paid less for no extra work and no change in workload. which is absolutely insane. then we were told jan was the goal to reinstate pay. no updates. we actually asked for updates every week. nothing. then jan 30 another furlough for employees that stayed even after having pay cut. remaining employees did not get pay back and first round of employees were sent emails saying they are not coming back and officially let go.

Pros

Remote work Used to be a great culture

Cons

Everything else in the company, from upper management to the incompetency of other departments. You can do everything right and give this company 150% and you will still be furloughed without pay with no warning. BTW, that furlough took place immediately, giving you no time to actually help your department manage your absence or figure out your own financials in an already-terrible job market. No loyalty whatsoever despite what they tell you to your face.

Pros

They give you a computer to work

Cons

I've witnessed some wild things here. You're only protected based on who you know. They'd rather fire one competent person that can handle the workload of 10 people, and keep 10 clueless bodies instead. Very unfair and personal decision making. Especially for a drowning company that could actually utilize an efficient person to maximize payroll. All of their decisions are stupid. I've never experienced such a toxic place from top to bottom, especially the upper leadership team who gossip like school girls. The supervisors speak to you in DMs by using ChatGPT because they can't help being unprofessional or talking down to you. This place won't be around much longer with their outdated, historical app and sloppy decision making. Someone needs to tell them their current ads feature 2025 instead of 2026 -- mess!!
