Lot of partiality and domestic team is treated differently and we are targeted and sacked. Like my manager told me digital team rejected candidates are given internal team job. We are given targets and after 8 months of time domestic team is given more chance. My manager told us and we have seen them daily coming and asking please get this, we cannot get profiles. Anyone from night shift can replace them. Why we are not given so many chances.
