Pros

Absolutely no overtime if that’s a benefit.

Cons

They fire people after telling them they will be hired. They fight with you about your union agreement. If they mess up your pay it takes them months to back pay you. Their HR doesn’t do their job. They go around under bidding contracts so they can win then they fire people to try to save on what they lost.

Pay was good and working remote was nice.

Cons

-Senior Leadership was not accountable for their failures or actions. -Senior Leadership was not transparent during communications. -More employee turnover and not backfilling roles. -HR and Recruiting team was working at a small startup business but this is a massive Corporate Enterprise. HR And recruiting was a disaster.
