      Pros

      The pay is ok for the remote location.

      Cons

      No room for growth, supervisors not willing to give employees who want to grow the opportunity to do more (ie) becoming a CDI, Plane Captain qualified, or wanting to go to schools or training to be able to do more. The leadership does not do anything to support individuals wanting to grow and hazing is prevalent and HR is just as bad at not doing anything when told about it. Even if you go to them in confidence for self reporting you’re highlighted as an individual making mistakes.

      Pros

      Internal technical teams were amazing. Knowledgeable and willing to help where you need it. Fabulous IT Team with forward-thinking IT Management. Best I ever worked with.

      Cons

      HR acted like they were the Grand Inquisitors during the pandemic. Didn't care that my team was making great strides during my time there--only that I couldn't present the documentation from the CDC that they wanted exactly when they demanded it. I received it 60 days after they fired me (during the pandemic). And these are the same people who I trained on how to manage their work.
