      Working with great people who you truly hate to see pass through!

      Cons

      Cheapest paying contractor in the country, act as if they are doing you a favor. 72 hour work week for table scraps!

      Pros

      The uplift helps out with the hourly pay. You can make a decent yearly wage. Places nearby to travel to when using vacation time.

      Cons

      Hourly pay. Health benefits are costs. You pay a percentage for housing, vehicle expenses. If you have a chance for any type of promotion its based off of who you know and if they like you, definitely not based off of your skill set.
