Pay and benefits are competitive.

Cons

I didn't see my account manager more than twice a year. (Some might see that as a "pro".) PTO starts at 80 hours per year and never increases. (When I hired, seniority earned more, but the cap of 80 was established when I had 120 and was about to earn 160. Those who had earned more were now getting less than they had been.)

They won't bother you once you are working. Have good clients.

Cons

No they will not sponsor you H1B or GC. There will be no salary raise. You pay insurance yourself. 401k there is no matching from the company. but you can do it yourself without them matching.
