This option should not exist as there are no pros but has lots of problems instead.
Cons
Randomly put people in different domain for example a certified tester into designing, less or laughable salary, micro management, loss of pay for chatting with friends, no canteen, water stinks in washroom, zero growth and most important doomed for next job change as you don't know what you are anymore tester or designer or front end or backend. Perhaps late realization that it was a strategy to keep people here as outside you are not employable at all after this.
