Pros
I have been working at V2Soft for many years now, I have had the privilege of working for them in their US offices as well as their India Offices, I have seen this company grow year over year. I have seen this company during the 2009 downturn did not layoff all their employees in Michigan, But did everything they could to retain their employees, they even invested in buying a building in Bloomfield hills, in 2010 to reinvest back in Michigan, which is what the CEO always want to do. Invest in the place where they do Business, They have gone from offering staffing and solutions just in Mid-west to offering staffing and solutions locally and globally.
They are fast growing company, They also go through pains and challenges of fast growth. They invest heavily in to new Technologies. They now compete with worlds large IT companies being a local Michigan company. it is amazing how they do it. The Management and leadership team attracts good talent and now currently they have a great set of leaders Locally and Globally.
Their products are phenomenal and is really going to take this company to the next level
I cant believe they have now expanded into Mexico, Italy, India and of course to China and Germany, this is very good.
The number of corporate events they do is great. I don’t see many companies do it. From summer picnic, to nice Christmas/holiday parties (see their Facebook page for pics), thanksgiving and many more happy hours.
I have had great career, of course, I had to work hard for it. It did not come easy. I had to adapt to fast changes, as they are a fast changing company. They are agile, so if you want to learn quickly and learn various aspects of the business, they give you opportunity. They have real hardworking people who are building this company up. Their leadership team is seasoned and experienced including former executives from large companies.
While this is my honest opinion, some people who are let go or have left voluntarily have talked non-sense which is not true. See my cons and advice to management as there is still improvement to be made.
Cons
Like all technology companies, they are going through challenges in managing their growth, they have growing pains which is seen across the company
They have been planning to make a complete open office, that is still taking longer time
While they empower many employees especially lately, I feel they need to pick and choose
