Pros
Very friendly and welcoming environment, great compensation, and pretty good benefits. Happy hour every week, and the work parties are genuine parties. Work hard play hard environment but with a respectable work-life balance. ~2 days remote work allowed
Cons
Nationwide Travel may be expected. Due to the industry, there are down periods where you may not have much to do, but management understands this and doesn’t hold that against you in any way.

Pros
One of the draws for me to come work at Valspec was its professionalisms and people. The organizational size was a good fit for me. I am encouraged to make a personal connection to clients, management is open to feedback and new methods, and the leadership listens to its resources. That was not the case when I worked for a larger organization.
Cons
Dress code is business attire while working at the home office, I would like to see it a little bit more casual, possible Friday jeans with a donation to a good local charity. Dress is always professional when meeting with or working at client site and should continue.
