      Can get lots of PTO if you sell your soul and stay a million years

      Cons

      Absolutely everything about this company is trash. They overwork/underpay their staff, write up anyone for anything, blame people who are stressed out and burnt out for things that are clearly the fault of whoever brings in the work. The workload is ridiculous.

      Good start off company. Pays well above minimum wage and without a degree. All you need is a clean record. Two background checks will be conducted so have your employment history contacts.

      Make sure you stay current with your previous employers so you can have a easy completed background check.
