Pros
It's one of the more peaceful environments I've worked in. The coworkers are generally very nice and the floor management is as chill as they can be given their workload and stress.
Cons
Wages are low for the work you do. Do not expect any raises ever, even if they add higher level responsibilities to your workload. Saw a worker go from production to QC without a raise. They hire the cheapest people they can find for positions that require skills and expect a certain level of skills. If money for a project dries up, you're out of a job.
