The work itself is pretty easy and straightforward. Pay pretty well

Cons

Management makes the work environment unbearable. Management unqualified and have lower level employees doing their work. Its pretty bad for your mental health most people in there are unbearable and every time the job becomes bearable they change rules to make it unbearable.

Everything you can think of. Owners who don’t even know how to run the business. Micro management in the most non productive way. Unappreciative management. The leadership is the worst I’ve seen yet.
