Growing Company With a Lot of Upside!

This company has a great value proposition. I am rather new to the company, but I can already see why the product is so highly regarded and why Vbrick is looked at as a market leader. I am very impressed with the investment that Vbrick is making in the current team to ensure growth and stability. The people have all been very welcoming so far.

Cons

Coming from very high stress/high intensity sales organizations, the "Cons" at Vbrick so far are as minimal and superficial as can be. There seem to have been potential "Cons" in the past, however you can see day to day the work and effort people are making here to help this become a aspirational place to work.
