Good place to work for a lot of reasons

Pros

Vbrick is well-positioned for growth and the company is betting on it (increasing headcount, investments, etc.). Despite being a nimble company, always having a lot that needs to be done and a strong preference that employees work from the office, there is a good work/life balance here and the work environment is far from stressful. I wouldn't describe it as a "start-up" environment (Vbrick is far-better resourced and organized), but it definitely does not feel like a corporate environment either.

Cons

It is still a relatively small company so you experience all the (good and bad) things that go along with being a small company.
