Pros

The people at VBrick are some of the best. I've made some lifelong friends here. Benefits are above average and the atmosphere is very laid back. Casual dress and having a manager who does not micro manage make it a great place to go every day.

Cons

There has been lots of change in management during my time here which can get frustrating at times.

Pros

The company encourages a culture of personal ownership, accountability, and control over your role in the organization. As a former employee of VBrick and now being back on the team again...the fresh direction and energy from the current management team is exciting. The company is innovating again!

Cons

Company still has some inefficient internal procedures as it pertains to back-end database and information management which I believe are hang overs from the old school methodology...but management appears to be slowly addressing these.
