- toxic CRO, Jim Rich has made multiple people quit in the few months working here - no organization or support, you will be on your own here - failing product - there is no accountability with HR, you absolutely will be harassed/abused on multiple occasions

I’m sorry to hear you had a negative experience with us. We take any allegations of harassment very serious and they are investigated. The transformation in the sales organization has already produced great results. We are very focused on performance and have provided more tools for enablement and productivity to all Sales people than at any time in our history. Don't mistake accountability for toxicity. Executive level leadership is totally out of touch with reality. Product is not innovative at all Shedding customers and employees No room or encouragement for advancement Diversity is not considered at all

Cons

Constant churn throughout the company except for a few long timers. Crazy pricing model loses customers.

While all companies experience churn, we are proud to have an average tenure of 5 years which is ahead of the tech company average of 3 years.
