Pros

Friendly team and approachable management. They have spent a lot of effort trying to figure out how to keep people happy. Great transition and support during the pandemic. Flexible work schedule with a good salary, great PTO, and decent benefits. Good product that is being well integrated into new technologies. Exciting partnerships and roadmap for future growth opportunities.

Cons

Limited support for career development and opportunities to learn new skills.

strong growth for company provides me great earnings with reasonable quota great product/technology, happy customers open door to management that cares about people and willing to help as needed

hypergrowth threatens my sales territory being carved difficult to maintain work/life balance with hectic daily pace
