Working at Rekruiters was an excellent opportunity to work side-by-side with industry veterans. The founders of the company weren't off on some beach in Maui, they were in the room, coaching us, working with us and giving valuable insight into what it takes to be successful in recruiting/sales. Great culture and general atmosphere as well, surprisingly close-knit considering the competitive nature of the business. Definitely felt like a start up -- just a room full of people working hard and making money.

Cons

Not a very large company. Also the work can be stressful, but that's more of an industry negative, I guess.
