Pros

Great doctors, teammates, clients! Love making a difference and helping animals.

Cons

As stated many times over, corporate does not care about the employees in the clinics that are actually the ones making money for them. Inflation is hitting hard and they have done NOTHING to keep up with the times. In fact, they have done the opposite and are cutting employee’s hours, which on my paycheck, essentially shows like a demotion. I was already living paycheck to paycheck, but I am now no longer able to pay my bills. What makes this even more ridiculous is that their service prices have increased and do so on the regular. We are the most expensive hospital around and MARS is a billion dollar company. My coworkers and I work so hard and are not compensated accordingly. They say they appreciate us? Well money speaks and is kinda the reason why we’re here.
