Great place to work with a culture that practices what they preach! A place of belonging, diversity and accepting. Makes coming to work everyday worth it!!

Cons

Benefits have improved over the years but need to continue to get better along with improving vacation/sick time when comparing with competitors.

Discount on services, discounts on products and medications are not as cheap as buying them on Chewy

Cons

Pay is not a livable wage at all- this is particularly frustrating considering cost of services and quarterly price increases Yearly wage increases are 3% at best Health benefits aren't great, but they are available Often required to stay late or leave early, regardless of schedule, depending on client volume Impossible to get overtime
