      Pros

      Honest, inspiring, dedicated management. Allows freedom to be a doctor and actually help patients and clients without only worrying about the bottom line. Corporate in name and business structure only; this is a family of amazing people. I was close to quitting vetmed all together until I joined. I love going to work every day and I love working for the future.

      Cons

      Some people I speak to compare it to a "franchise" which has a negative connotation.
