Company cares deeply about its employees.

Cons

VHB tries to keep their employees engaged during these difficult times. However, there are times when we are expected to attend so many events it interferes with our ability to complete client assignments. Sometimes, too much engagement is unproductive. If you are an introvert, you can feel unnecessary pressure to participate in events that you are not comfortable with. Billibility rates are too high versus the industry average. Salaries in larger cities are low compared to the competition. Bonuses are very low

Good work environment, some managers are really great.

Cons

Depending on your manager you might struggle to ever move up in your position. Some managers help to elevate employees, others could care less. Poor work life balance. You’re expected to work crazy hours without option, especially as a younger engineer.
