      Pros

      The people and teams are great to work with. Projects are high profile and complex. You can feel the passion for the work with most employees.

      Cons

      The pay is decent. Bonuses are abysmal. Raises are okay but can be better. The culture is corporate-heavy and the corporate leaders and upper management treat the employee-employer dynamic with a heavy handed approach.
