Business Outlook
Pros
I work in the IT field for the hospital and have done so for the last seven years. I love the people I support and it's rare to find an empolyee who doesn't like it here as well... (Please read con)
Cons
Middle to upper management (all the way up) is like Game of Thrones (IT/Radiology department). Everyone tries to consolidate power, place people where they don't need to be, place blame like no one's business. I mean, I'm sure it's like this a lot of places but it definitely doesn't change much when you have a lot of long timers here.
