Great employer, especially in comparison to other hospitals

Pros

Leadership actually cares for its staff and provides opportunities for growth. Leadership takes complaints seriously and addresses staff concerns. Communication across different specialties is professional and respectful. This is a magnet hospital and I can see why. Worked here 4.5 years and taught here for 5 years.

Cons

Staffing is sometimes great and sometimes not, but that’s health care as a whole. No real concerns here other than the occasional staffing issues. If I went back to in-patient care, I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
