PAY-Kind abut WORLOAD DOESN'T MATCH,

Cons

Everything. Poor staff no use of PTO/Sick leave. Management sucks, unrealstic expectations. Poor pt statisfication due to clinical course NOT CM. High turnover rate. No breaks during the work week. Senior management needs to be changed and revamped. Poor communication. High needs patients with poor staffing makes for a disastrous work in environment. Quick unsafe discharges at times. Poor communication with physicians and patients. GOOD PART TIME JOB BUT AVOID AS A FULL-TIME CAREER. No time for work life balance and compensation does not match workload. Definitely need to offer bonus, Christmas, New Year and a thank you bonus. Management worried about patient stratification when VHC has to poorest ratings in all the hospitals in the DMV. Avoid it at all costs patient or employee. So much more I could say!
