Working with VHC is a great experience for me, they care about there company growth by Improving patient care and employee by improving your skills.

Cons

Probably the parking lot, you are designated to park 2 miles from the hospital and take a shuttle coz availability is really low coz of the higher quantity of patients. Except for night crews and evening shift
