      -Friendly patient population -Small, family-like hospital environment -Great supervisor -Great staff -Fair pay

      Cons

      -The Radiology Department at VHC is terribly-run! Very hierarchical and so hyperspecialized that there is not enough communication between the various segments of Radiology (e.g. Radiologists, receptionists, technicians, etc.) -Radiologists are extremely rude

      Competitive salary/benefits Ability to work from home Awesome Director (have happily worked for her for 10 years) Investment in employees - leadership training, etc Longevity of employees I feel heard, valued and validated by my coworkers and Director
