great pay. Long-term employment. Good benefits

Cons

The public in general are not friendly. You must be thick skinned to deal with the difficulty of patrons.. homelessness, mental illness makes this job tough.

Good pay, voluntary hours if you need, paid training, get you class b license

Cons

Training is 3 months. Full time hires get thrown on “extra board” be prepared for new routes daily and possibly getting lost.
