Most of the people I worked with were great coworkers.

Cons

No pension for newer employees, low salaries, sick time policy is ridiculous, Most high level management positions were flaky and micro-managing to the wrong staff. Let poor performers get away with a lot. Not for profit business that does not run efficiently.
