1. VIAVI is the best company to work for with lot of learning opportunity. Its growing company and best part is you can see the End to End flow of entire process which is difficult in industry. 2. HR in this company is very collaborative they just don't understand your challenges but helps to resolve those 3. Management very supportive and has created very good working environment 4. Work life balance and Fun at work is every one enjoy's in the company

Nothing as such but it would be good to get the entry level people some onsite work opportunities
